Under new management. Best fried shrimp ever. We went for a lunch buffet on a Saturday. We were so entertained by the son of the management. He takes personal interest in all the customers.
Start out with my experience .. my daughter, mother and I had heard that the China Buffet in Watonga Oklahoma had new owners that the food was good. Good service and just better all-around. So we figured we'd give it another try. we were greeted at the door by a seven year old boy who took our drink order and seated us. The cups were dirty, the tea I had order was nasty hot and slimy. So I waited for someone to come up to our table . I waited a whole 30 mins. I finally got up asked the lady for a new drink that I was sorry but I think the tea has went bad. She Yanked the cup out of my hand took a drink out of it and said it tasted fine. I said can I please have a new drink. Pepsi fine . she walked right over to the soda machine hatefully thru the tea down the soda drain and filled the cup up with Pepsi. (The same cup with the bad tea she drank out of) then had her seven year old son bring it to me . I took it bc I didn't want to be a problem. I just didn't drink it. The food was cold and the nastiest China Buffet I have ever been at. Worst service I have ever experienced. Not once were are drinks refilled . So I just got my daughter Jell-O and then we were going to leave. My daughter was playing with the blinds. As I was in the middle of getting on to her for playing with them and telling her to stop the 7yr old boy runs over to our table yelling Waving his fingers at us NO NO NO NO!!! STOP TOUCHING THOSE! To my 2yr old daughter. Scares my daughter making her cry. Then turns to my mother and SAYS MAKE HER STOP NOW! SHE GOING TO BREAK THEM AND MAKE THEM FALL! Then walks away. U can imagine by then we felt pretty disrespected. The rudest by far. So we get up to leave the boy walk to the register to cash us out that's when my mother told him no she needed to talk to the manager. Which was sitting 2 booths down from us and witness the whole thing. My mom said she did not appreciate how she was being treated and the woman said what is your problem because he yelled and told your daughter no. Umm excuse you.! Then charges us 26.95 for two ppl! Then had the audacity to say we need to leave a tip! So China Buffet this is my tip do not send a seven year old boy to do a grown person's job. Do not send a seven year old boy to talk to your customers disrespectfully. It was uncalled for and I am not a unreasonable person I am very respectful and deserve to be treated respectfully I am a paying customer nor should nobody be yelling at a two year old kid that's not yours! We will be calling Child Labor! To the other future customers I wouldn't waste my $26.95 on this place. If you choose to go there I pray you experience is way better than ours was.. Very bad service. They have these kid working there that told us twice, you have 10 minets to eat. And he eat are future's cookies
Pretty decent food service is great
Love the food service ok flavors are unique and hey in the middle of nowhere this is sechuan delight will eat here again park at the hutch then down there
